Workout for today

Yes, you just can´t give up on that, just because you have a lot of work ...

E agora, após esta pikena cirurgia eis que ponho o textozinho no you tube e depois é workar no chão.
Meia hora ... que às 11 há mais trabalho ...




Tip: First thing when you wake up in the morning, do the workout so your flat tummy exercises is done!
  1. 10 Sit-ups
  2. 10 V-sits
  3. 10 Crunches
  4. 10 Bicycle crunches
  5. 10 Reverse crunches
  6. 1 minute plank hold
 Repeat as many times as you want. When you no longer feel the resistance, add more repetitions or switch your workout. This is a great workout if you are just starting to trim down your tummy. They are very effective especially when done correctly. Take your time through each one and remember, quality over quantity.
